11 months after moving to New York City – I find myself in the middle of a really gorgeous gallery, sitting on a couch around wonderful humans from all around the world… creatives and dreamchasers much like myself. How does one do it – create a new community, you ask? I, like you, had no idea too.

For the past 3 years, due the pressures of building my businesses and academia, I have self-neglected a lot. I have not taken good care of myself – of my skin, my health, and my fitness. For 2023, I am putting myself first.

At the beginning of the year, I had a health scare – and I immediately checked myself back into the gym. I’ve been feeling the best I have in a while. One of my silent goals for 2023 is to be able to do a single strict pullup.

I was invited to celebrate the International Women’s Day 2023 with Yamba Malawi and Perkins Coie last night in Manhattan. A wonderful night, celebrating the work being done for women and children in Malawi.

It has been about 2 years since I left my longest relationship – a time space within which I have dated other people; mostly short-term. I have genuinely enjoyed my time as a single woman, dating.

In 2020, I quit my job to become a fulltime content creator – teaching how young people can best leverage digital media. Content creation may seem easy/difficult to some, but there is a method to this madness, and I hope to be able to share it with you.
