The Young Professional

Whether itโ€™s a side hustle, career change, or leaving corporate life to start our own thing, more and more of us are carving unique career paths, designed to provide purpose and fit around the lifestyle we aim to build for ourselves.

I am delighted to be joining the fabulous panel hosted by The Young Professional (UK) network, discussing alongside other trailblazers how we juggle multiple elements to our careers, the search for fulfilment, flexibility versus security, our approach to risk taking and much more.

The Young Professional (TYP) is a UK based organisation leading cross-industry careers platform designed specifically for those in junior and middle-ranking roles. Their mission is to help bring an end to the days of tired, stuffy, corporate events. in doing so, they aim to provide young professionals from all industries the opportunities to develop their skills and build a powerful professional network. They host in person events in amazing venues, have our online magazine, podcast and webinars.

I was invited to be a speaker at “The Young Professional”s second NY event. I will be speaking in a panel setting alongside other speakers. My talk will be in line with and likely quote Sheryl Sandberg’s talk in her women’s empowerment book “Lean In” where she speaks of navigating corporate as a jungle gym, not a ladder.

Learn more about the event, and the speakers on their website.

All my love,

Ntha
