

In November 2024, Xbox launched a global campaign titled This is an Xbox. Xbox is no longer (just) a box. It is a platform. A streaming service. A digital ecosystem. If it has a screen and an internet connection, it can be an Xbox.
When I began contemplating a return to graduate school to pursue my MBA, I harbored a silent desire:

My Xbox onboarding experience has been completely different.
When I received the invitation to interview with Microsoft, I was thrilled โ and terrified.
