Years ago, when I was experimenting as a digital media creator, I relied heavily on tools similar to Camtasia and Snagit to capture knowledge, make tutorials, and share ideas in a clear, engaging way. Later, during my time at Microsoft, I saw the power of digital platforms to scale communication and storytelling across organizations.
On the 25th of April, 2025, I received the 2025 Leadership Award—an absolute surprise to me. I came into the MSU MBA program seeking belonging. Along the way, I discovered leadership, community, and deeper self-awareness — embracing growth, anchoring in love, and leading with authenticity.
On my 29th birthday, the 14th of August 2024, I arrived in East Lansing, Michigan.

On the 15th of April, 2024, I returned to Malawi.
I had just completed my contract with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in New York—a chapter that shaped me profoundly. I had also just received an offer to pursue my MBA at Michigan State University, where I’d been awarded a partial scholarship. I had decisions to make, and closure to find. So I went home.
